Other Furniture® was appointed to design and manufacture interior and furniture for a three-storey terrace house at East Coast area in Singapore. We proposed a spacious layout plan in dark brown wooden tones with contrasting marble and blue fabric as highlights. Our scope was divided into 2 parts – loose furniture and kitchen makeover. As per client’s request, we kept all loose furniture in modern chic style; the range consisted of dining set, armchairs, coffee tables, side tables, bookshelf, mirror, console and multiple bed frames.
The original kitchen was clustered behind 4 walls hence we exercised the scheme of open space concept. By wall removal and installation of an island counter, the area was refurbished with a completely new ambience and look. With a strong design concept on hand, the combination of built-in carpentry and customized loose furniture can achieve exceptional value-added quality.
